Our phone lines are staffed by nurses and midwives, and are open:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Closed on public holidays and weekends: leave us a message and a nurse or midwife will call you back
Face-to-face and telehealth sessions are available by appointment only. To book a session or for more information, give us a call.

Entering the building
Let yourself into the front entrance of the building. Press the intercom and one of our team members will come and get you.
Our building offers partial disability access, with our counselling room conveniently located on the ground floor.
However, please note that restroom facilities are upstairs. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, let us know when booking your appointment so we can support you.
