We provide telephone, telehealth and face-to-face peer-to-peer counselling and health support from our Queensland office.

Operating hours

Need support? Call us. 

Our phone lines are staffed by nurses and midwives, and are open:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
  • Closed on public holidays and weekends: but leave us a message and a nurse or midwife will call you back.

Face-to-face and telehealth sessions are available by appointment only. To book a session or for more information, give us a call.

Public transport

  • Train: Central Station - about a 10-minute walk.
  • Bus: Routes 455 and 456 leave from Roma Street Busway, otherwise the free City Loop frequently leaves from Central Station. Jump off at the 155 Eagle Street stop.

Entering the building

Our office is located within Corporate House inside the Waterfront Place Building. 

The building entrance is on Felix Street. Use the second lift (26-39) and go to the 34th floor.   

The building has disability access, including accessible entrances and facilities. Ask us about assistance when you book your appointment.
