NMHPA explained
Launched in 2024, we are an independent, national service that offers peer to peer counselling and general health support to nurses, midwives and students of the professions. -
Using our service FAQ - Peer support
You self-refer, then work with one of our clinicians to explore what’s happening in your world and how it’s impacting your wellbeing. Then you set goals and we create a plan to help you achieve them. A free, confidential service. -
Understand peer support
Not clinical treatment or traditional counselling, peer support is practical support offered by someone who listens and understands your reality because they have lived it too. -
